3. Eat Breakfast Everyday
Breakfast is the most important meal, because it provide your body with it's first fuel of the day.
4. Avoid Junk Food
This isn't limited to just a food served at fast food restaurant, all food limited to no nutritional value qualifies as junk food.
5. Replace Unhealthy Food With Healthy Food
For exemple, you can replace white bread with wheat bread.
6. Slowly Eat and Stop When It's Full
This is the most basic principle of good eating habits yet many people feel they must finish what is on their plate.
7. Snack Healthyfully
Eat a piece of fruit, a handfull of nuts, some celery or a piece of cheese. Anything healthy as a snack wil help maintain your energy level throughout the day.
8. Exercise
Each time you should be exercising enough to work up a sweat for at least twenty minute (prefebaly more).
9. Stick To A Hygiene Regimen
Wash your face in the morning and at night before you go to bed to keep your skin healthy and clean.
10. Keep Good Your Posture
Don't slump during the class! Hold yourself straight.
